Charlotte's Web

First of all, I have to get something straight with the book covers. The one on top is the signature edition.
http://www.inspire4less.com/productimages/9780064400558.jpg
Meanwhile, this one is the 'original' copy. What's the difference? Well, I only figured this out a few days ago. First of all, The signature version has E.B. White's signature on the top and has the Newbery- honor award. Second of all, it has the golden border on the red. So there are some differences. See if you can find some more!

This book is about some farm animals, a spider, and a girl. The girl's name is Fern, who is a friend of the pig, Wilbur. Now, Wilbur has a friend- the spider, who's name is Charlotte. Fern isn't an ordinary girl. She's a girl that can speak the barn animals' languages! This book is filled with love, sorrow, hope, hate, trust, and tears. The barn animals and Fern themselves weave an exciting tale. However, at the end, they all understand that friendship is the most important of all. Wilbur had a great friend: Charlotte. "It's not often that someone comes along who is a true friend and a good writer. Charlotte was both."

***I give this book a 9 out of 10. it was really good!***

Return to the Hundred Acre Wood

http://images.indiebound.com/603/421/9780525421603.jpg
Yes... The beloved Pooh is back to the Hundred Acre Wood along with his friends Christopher Robin, Eeyore, Piglet, Owl, Tigger, Rabbit, Lottie, Kanga with Roo, and the mice: Early and Late. This book has been forever a favourite of mine. Perfect for nursery stories and for elders all at once, it's a wonderful example of a classic. I would trade Jane Eyre for Pooh any day! This book brings the Hundred Acre Wood back from a long time ago. From being stuck in Rabbit's house to running out of honey, follow Pooh between his adventures through the Hundred Acre Woods!

***I give this book a 9.9 out of 10! Yes, it's that good!***

The Penderwicks at Point Mouette

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51f7wlmrbDL._SL500_AA300_.jpg

The Penderwicks are back! Where are they? At Point Mouette, of course! The problem is that they're all split up.... Rosalind is at New Jersey with her best friend, Mr. Penderwick is going to England with Iantha and little Ben, and the rest of the Penderwick girls along with their darling friend: Jeffry are at Point Mouette. However, this story is about the three Penderwick girls and Jeffry. That would make Jeffry, Skye (also known as OAP- oldest available Penderwick), Jane, and Batty. However, with all the Sabrina Star stories, Dominic, Mercedes, the Love Survey, the atrocious dogs, and the caution of Batty blowing up, can Skye keep the family together without losing her brain cells? At least Jeffrey has found his real father. If that's good news. It's not making the vacation any more spectacular! At the end, they all want to come back. But with Rosalind, as Skye points out!

*** I give this book a 9 out of 10. Penderwick's honour!***

Dork Diaries #3

http://a5.mzstatic.com/us/r30/Publication/64/a7/c4/mzi.jaltfdgk.225x225-75.jpg
More Dorkiness coming up! The Dork Dairies are one of my favourite series of comic books. This dorky book is filled with a girl named Nikki J. Maxwell, a NOT-SO-talented-pop-star in high school with her BFFs: Chloe and Zoey. They're in serious trouble from the bug problem to the all-time fashion-ista MacKenzie Hollister. The fact that Nikki has a crush on the same boy (Brandon) that MacKenzie has a crush on doesn't make her high school life any easier! Just when Nikki's social life seems to crash and her life at WCD seems to end, her BFFs are back and Nikki learns that she can hold it all together... With her family and friends anyway. After all, she doesn't have to be the only dork in the school, right? This exciting sequel captures your attention and grabs at it all the time!

***I give this book a 9 out of 10. I recommend this book to Diary of a Wimpy Kid fans!***

Shall we end with a little song?

AcTuAlLy I'M nOt ReAlLy SuRe YeT

"Dork, nerd, geek, freak
Is all you see
But just back off
And let me be ME!

In this book, Cynthia Kadohata weaves an exciting novel of a girl named Katie and her older sister, Lynnie, also known as Lynn. Their parents are at work most of the time, so Lynn is in charge of her. Katie also has a brother named Samson. This Japanese family seems to have a hard time fitting in. How will they manage? With her older sister with a sickness and her brother limping around, how does Katie manage to keep to herself and help the world? The mean boys and girls at school are teasing her and it doesn't help that Lynn isn't there to help her. Katie is in a difficult position in life right now, but she is still strong and holding. However, for how long more? Her uncle isn't the sanest person in her family. We could all agree on calling him insane. Still, Katie has spirit in her and she manages to pull through the hard times that await her!

** I give this book a 9out of 10. It was really good!
