Little Bo, short for Bonnie Boadicea, is off to Italy. At first, because of the cat and the cartoon-ish pictures, I thought that it was a childrens' story. However, I was downright wrong to be so judging of the book. "Never judge a book by its cover." This book has amazing vocabulary (and also as amazing pictures) and the authors, Julie Andrews Edwards (best known for her performance in Marry Poppins, the Sound of Music, and The Princess Diaries) and her daughter, Emma Walton Hamilton. Wow! This family sure has done a lot of amazing things!

In Little Bo in Italy, Little Bo travels with her new-found owner, Billy Bates, to Italy with Lord and Lady Goodlad's famous yacht, Legend. Bo is delighted - now she can see more of the world and she continue her quest to find her lost brothers and sisters. She is determined to know that they are all safe and sound. Which relatives will she meet this time? What new things will she learn? In Italy, little Bo sees sights she's never seen before, has adventures that test her strength, courage, and spirit. She shows once again that even a small cat such as her can make a difference in the world.

I feel that the Little Bo series is a lot of inspirational books. I believe that everybody should read them because they each tell us that we all have choices to make. Even the smallest pets. What choices have you made? As little Bo travels all over Italy, she proves that even the smallest act can make a big difference. And so can you!

***I give this book a 9.5 out of 10!***
