A Temptation of Angels

Written by the author of Prophecy of the Sisters, A Temptation of Angels is a beautiful, tragic adventure tale of two brothers and a girl named Helen Cartwright. Upon meeting Darius Channing and Griffin Channing, Helen's world changes completely. Starting with her parent's deaths and the fire that burned down her house, her old life perished in the fire along with everything else she thought she knew. Now all she has is lots of sad memories and a new life to step up to. Not only for herself, but to everything she's lived for. For Anna, Darius, Griffin, and Galizur. To save other families, and her own.

When tragedy hits, everyone suffers. Some more than others, but still everyone suffers. Especially in the midst of a murderer. Helen's world is tossed around as she finds out truths that she never thought could ever be real. In her new life, she finds that she's torn between one of her heroic protectors and the horribly handsome childhood friend who nearly killed her. Darius, the bossy, overprotective one is wary of everything, and the elder one. Griffin is more soft hearted, kind, and understanding. Anna is Galizur's daughter and in a little something with Darius. She has a problem with her heart, but she's strong willed and a strong spirit. her job, along with her fathers, is to protect Darius, Griffin, and Helen. Even at the cost of their lives. Helen is unused to this whole mess, and easily gets over boarded with all the new things.

I really envy Michelle Zink because all her pieces have are written so beautifully- the vocabulary and plot line mix together to end up like a song- her words flow, and her meaning is stated clearly and intently, all the while making a great story that you cannot put down once you get reading. I love her books dearly, and A Temptation of Angles is amazing! I recommend it to all teens!!!!

*** I give this book a 9.83 out of 10!!! ***
